INFORMATION TO PARENTS

The school diary is for official use and must be reserved for notices and instructions. It must be brought to school each day and produced for inspection whenever required.

Parents should check the diary for any remarks and follow the regulations in their school diary.

Parents are requested not to make phone calls or to meet the teachers or students during school hours. Parents who seek information or who wish to make complaint should do so to the principal and not to the teacher.

Students suffering from any contagious disease will not be allowed to sit in the class or mix with other students. Parents are advised not to send their ward to school till the infection subsides.

UPDATE the Mobile Number to receive SMS/ Whatsapp regularly. Kindly READ the messages from the school.

The messages through Whatsapp/SMS are used to communicate to the parents regarding i) Homework ii) Exam details iii) Default iv) Result v) Progress Report & other important information.

It is strongly recommended that children are allowed controlled viewing of the TV and the use of SMART PHONES by their parents.

Give your child undivided attention. Remember that you can't compensate for your absence with gifts. Being there for your child all the time is the best gift you can give him/her.

Show that you are interested in your children's lives by asking about school, their teachers, friends and listening to what they tell you.

The school campus is a NO PLASTIC ZONE. Hence, anyone entering the school premises should refrain from carrying ‘one-time-use’ plastic.

Children will not be dispersed from the school with anybody other than the parents/guardians. In case they are unable to come themselves, the nominated person must produce a written authority letter signed by the parents/guardians.

Parents are advised to grant money to their children very judiciously.

Encourage healthy eating habits; give a healthy breakfast and home cooked food in your ward’s Tiffin box. Regulate his/her sleeping hours. At least 8 hours sleep is essential for the healthy growth and development of a child. Drinking of water is a must.
